It amazes me how the most liberal pc people i know are racist. They don't know it of course, they're all good on paper, etc..But their patronizing perspective is insulting to both sides. I depise the looks i get from white women when i'm with black kids (not my own) Their beaming smiles disgust me; they assume i'm the mom, so i must be so wonderful. I'm not exactly sure which parts of this post are facetious - that might be the mark of a great piece of writing, but it still confuses me a bit.

At first I thought you were being for-real when you started to discuss the very anti-post-modernist idea that one's intent was more meaningful than how one's words were perceived. I disagreed with what you were saying, and furthermore it seemed to be unrealistic - something which is really not characteristic of your style - at least what I've come to know of it in the last couple weeks. (Wow - it's only been two weeks. Feels like we've been here longer.)

...However, then, the post so gradually denigrates into obvious sarcasm and that brilliant re-creation of that awkward conversation...that I wonder whether you were being serious at all.

I'm not asking you to show us "how the sausage is made," but if you ever cared to comment on this I'd be "hella" interested...

Yea I've just been calling it blognigger around my black friends. Generally I feel like it's disguting to say 'The N word' instead of 'Nigger' if you're using it in a proper context. On a side note I'm also from Richmond, VA and I swear so are half the people on the Internet we must be the blog readingest city in the US.
