Hiatus
Guys, I'm not going to be able to post for the time being.
I'm hopeful that I'll be able to start back up again soon. Thanks for your emails but again, I can't discuss the situation right now.
I can leave commenting enabled, but I've updated the disclaimer at the bottom of the site - please remember that none of the comments on the site necessarily reflect my opinions, and again, this entire blog is a parody and a work of fiction.

This is total bullshit. This website is truly the only one in existence that I feel speaks to me directly. For the first time, I've felt like there were other people out there who 'got it'. To lose this to some religious zealots would be such a shame. You know, he's parodied the entire rainbow, why is it only you who have to fuck it up for the rest of us, just because you don't get it?
There is a gigantic difference between racism and bigotry. Everyone on Earth is a racist, in that they are aware of negative connotations of each other, but only in bigotry does that negativity truly play out. I'm really hoping this is some sort of joke. This may sound stupid to some of you, but BN and many of you other posters have expressed the Howard Stern love. I've always avoided forwarding this site to them, as it would bring about a crazy backlash from his idiot/bigoted listeners, but I think he would love it and raise awareness if there is indeed a fight to be had, especially considering they are of the same type of humor, and he would love the post about the merger.

I wasn't trying to be mean, believe me. Mr. Nigger is a personal hero of mine for saying the things he does, what he believes in, without being afraid. He speaks from a unique perspective that I don't have, and he's true to himself.
At some point, if you have principles and believe in something other than "don't rock the boat," your beliefs are going to bring you to an uncomfortable cross-roads.
The easy path is to compromise your beliefs, to say, I don't want to cause myself or my family discomfort, I don't want to threaten my financial status, so I'll just do what I have to do to slide on through, and go against my principles...they're just words, right?
Or you could take the difficult path and be totally stubborn, to the point of risking your own real life and the real lives of the people you love over something as trivial as an abstract concept.
Either way, you can't win. It's an interesting choice Mr. Nigger is forced to make, whether to give in to the bullies and run, or to put his family's comfort and possibly its safety on the line for what he believes. It's not an easy choice, I don't think.
There are some folks who'll fight over anything, though, and they're just as bad as those who'll run from anything. So where do you draw the line?
I wished he'd drawn it there, that's all I'm saying, but that's just me. I don't know what he knows, and I can't reason for him.
